This was the first Easter Egg Hunt of the

week. Wed. night. It was so cold and bad momma

forgot her sweater so we borrowed a jacket.

Mallory's baptism and Maddy's birthday weekend

We got Mallory baptised finally (at almost 3)!

We joined St. Paul Methodist Church here the

same weekend. We are so happy with our church

and the people in it! We also think it will be a

wonderful place to raise children.

All of our family came down for this special

time. We had a great weekend!

The night before the baptism we celebrated my

niece's 13th birthday.

My mom was embarassing her to death! She made

her wear that birthday hat and of course, she

was absolutely mortified!! ;)

Let me explain the candles on the cake...we didn't

have a 1 and a 3 so Craig decided that 6+7=13 so

we used those numbers! She was also embarassed about

that and said she was NOT blowing out candles that said

67!!!! I said, oh yes ma'am you are!! Good times!

Ok, I for sure get the worst blogger award but better

late than never, right??! A few weeks ago Craig was

out of town for a few days so we went to Pine Bluff

to spend a couple of nights with my dad (Grandaddy).

We went out to eat for Valentine's Day, went to lunch,

went to the park. We had a great time!

Caroline is my friend Jennifer's little girl. She is so
cute and sweet. She's a big helper with Mallory! ;)
We went to the park in White Hall which is very
nice! A lot nicer than what we're used to in El Do!!

Bye Bye Patsy...

Well, for all of you that don't know who Patsy is..it's Mallory's pacifier.

We gave it to the pishies (fish) at the lake. This was her idea so we just went

with it! We threw the only 2 she had left in the lake Sunday. It was kind of

sad for me because I guess this means she is truly not a baby anymore. :(

She has asked for it but I just remind her what happened to Patsy and

she is fine with it. She is a little harder to get down for naps but other

than that..it's going great! I should have done this a long time ago.

Now, we have to get her potty trained and in a big girl bed before

baby #2 gets here!!!!!!

Ruston

A week ago Mallory and I decided to take a short

road trip to Ruston, LA and go shopping. We had

lunch and shopped for her some clothes. We had a

really fun girl's day together! She loves this water

fountain. She wanted to get in it! Guess the cold

weather doesn't scare her away!!

If I don't catch her pretty quick, we have

a big problem on our hands!

Christmas parade

Last week we went to the El Dorado Chrismas

parade and man I didn't know what a big deal

it is in this town! There were cars parked on the

street early that morning reserving their spot

for the parade! Mallory loved it! After it was over

she said, "do it again!"
