Mallory and her cousins

My sister's kids came to visit yesterday and that

was the first time Madalyn got to hold Mallory.

They have only seen her once but she was a week

or two old and no one could hold her then because

she was premature. Madalyn has been dying to

see and hold her!

My dad and stepmother got all of the

grandkids camo fleece jackets for the deer

camp. Aren't they cute!! Mallory thinks

Interesting weekend in Fayetteville

We went to Fayetteville this weekend for the game and Friday night we went to Venetian Inn...my all time favorite restaurant. Mallory decided to scream her head off and there was a very long wait so we went back to Cody and Joni's house and Brandon and Shaunna brought over Mexican so we could hang out. Thanks to them because we were about ready to head back to Little Rock! I hope little Mallory doesn't have social anxiety disorder!!!! So, then the weekend gets worse...I woke up Sat. morning and couldn't talk. I have been sick ever since! So, Mallory and I stayed home from the game..Fun Fun! She has the sniffles so I didn't think she needed to be in that night air anyway. So, that was our fun weekend. Here are pics from the highlight of the weekend-Friday night with Brandon, Shaunna and Avery (Mallory's new friend). Avery and Mallory are 6 days apart.

Solid Foods!

Well, we went in for our 4 month checkup and shots on the 20th and got a good report! Here are the stats....15lbs! 80-85% percentile

Height 24 3/8in. 55-60% percentile

Head 16 1/4 in. 50% percentile

The doctor said we could start solid foods. Cereal first of course but oh no, Miss Thang wouldn't have that. She hated cereal!! She spit it out, cried and pushed the spoon away! So, I asked the nurse about it and she said to just go on into the veggies. Carrots first because they are supposed to be easy to digest along with Squash. So, we try carrots and she loved them! But, her little digestive system didn't! So, the nurse told me to discontinue carrots and go on to squash. We did squash today and she loved them also! I don't think she's going to be real picky....can you tell by those cheeks!! These are pics of the first feeding of carrots...Enjoy!

Mallory's First Fair

Craig played a roulette kind of game at the fair where you put $.50 on a color and then someone throws the ball and whatever color it lands on that person wins a prize. We were about to walk away but we had 50 cents left so I said to put it on the Zebra (PBHS mascot) and the ball landed on.........Zebra!!! So we won! Mallory now has a souvenir from her first fair!! We had a lot of fun.

Ok, Believe or not Craig, my husband and pilot is afraid of heights. So when we were at the top and the cart started rocking he was getting a little nervous. I can't believe he flies airplanes and is afraid of heights!

We went to the mall to shop yesterday. She's gotten to

where she is scared of bathrooms. We're really

not sure why but that makes our trip out kind of hard!

When we go into a bathroom she looks up at me and

her bottom lip comes out and she starts crying with

these really sad eyes! So, after the bathroom visit

yesterday we went to Forever 21 and it is kind of

loud in there and that scared her to! I guess I need to

get her out a little more to loud places. Just think if I

would have taken her to Abercrombie!!!!
